Security Breach...*bob cat update images*

Went out to release the chickens after hitting publish on the previous post and found there is a new breach in the outer fence...I am so glad we close the actual chicken house door at night because something (bobcat) scratched a big hole in front of the door trying to get in ...Wouldn't you know I did not set up the camera last night because I was not able to get outside because of toddler...(teen closes the chickens in)...tonight I am going to do both camera and borrowed traps...This is getting personal.

Where it dug under the corner of the fence next to the gate to get into the pen...

You can see where it was digging along the front of the chicken house once it got inside the pen. Fortunately for our chickens the house has a wooden floor so it can not dig up into them...

Defined prints as it left through the whole in which it entered...

Notice the lack of claws above the toes, this indicates feline and not k9.

Whoo, that looks like some awfully big prints in the pic. Hope you catch what ever it is.

Let's hope the critter is just passing through, and none of your animals end up as finely raised fat meals for it.

Recently, there has been a few losers causing trouble around my backyard and I'm thinking it would be good to have some kind of motion sensor alarm that would alert me to their presence before they started trying to break in.
