They do tend to be invasive and they spread the fastest by root growth. I have them popping up all over the yard but we just mow them down.<br />Have no clue on the caterpillar.Carolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15192378197271824011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1199143625978174720.post-30664763902875174832011-08-22T21:02:31.324-04:002011-08-22T21:02:31.324-04:00The closest I could find was a bristle worm, but n...The closest I could find was a bristle worm, but not a lot of information on it and no real good picture.Only a drawing. Not sure if that's right though, since it is suppose to live around water and eats dead wood. As for the passion flower, they grow wild in our fields here, and I brought a few to the yard, and they pop up new plants everywhere.I assumed they were from the roots of the mother plant, but they could be from seeds. They do make an egg shaped seed pod when the season is over.Sue from Ky.https://www.blogger.com/profile/06555815218871299696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1199143625978174720.post-16661665769920781132011-08-22T20:52:41.935-04:002011-08-22T20:52:41.935-04:00Oh, Kelsie, the passion flowers are just stunning!...Oh, Kelsie, the passion flowers are just stunning!
